Any Suggestion For Having Piece Of Meat In Nasal Cavity Of Nostril?

Hi I was just wondering about something. When i was young (About 16) i had a deviated septum and needed surgery to aid my breathing. The surgery went successful and with no problems. In the nasal cavity of my left nostril, there is a piece of meat that has always been there as long as i can remember. Could you tell me some more about this and when and how I can get rid of it completely? Please don't spare the scientific details as I am a biology major. I just want to understand this better.

Hi. The piece of meat in the nasal cavity can be a turbinate or a mass or a polyp. Only ENT Surgeon can tell you for sure on clinical examination as to what it is . The exact diagnosis only can tell the exact treatment if it is needed. Is it causing any symptoms?
