Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

I wonder what would dettol and soaps do in reducing the risk of STDs, however since it was a protected sex, therefore there is no risk of HIV and gonorrhea. However even protected sex with a condom cannot totally prevent an STD and doctors would tell you cases of syphilitic ulcer/chancre, herpes, genital warts, and molluscum occuring at the base of penile shaft, which is not totally protected with a condom. Therefore if you notice any growth/ulcer, you should follow it up with your dermatologist.

regards
