Any Advice For Pain In The Limbs Since 2 Months In A 3 Yr Old Hyperactive Child?

My son is 3 year old (complete) and weight is 12 kgs he is hyperactive but from 2 or 3 months he is telling that leg pains, hand pains & foot pains, i have consult a doctor he told that those are growing pains, but my son is suffering nothing like that when pain come please advise

This is a common growing pain occure in this age mostly relieved by massageif not then analgesic like aspirin is helpful but otherwise it is normal
