I have a vitamin B12 deficiency followed by D3 deficiency. I have also become anxious and an anxiety patient due to severe symptoms of the vitamin deficiencies. I fear a lot. Due to fear i always think that my heart will sink one day or my legs will get paralysed. Many times I find it difficult to walk. My weight is 65kgs and it also keeps on fluctuating. I experience mood swings, depression, doesnt feel like going to work, even liitle tasks looks like a big challenge on daily basis. Kindly give me some suggestion whether which specialist will be able to solve my problem. I have already been to heart specialists and neuro physicians but they say that i m fine. But I m the one who is suffering. Kindly recommend some specialist for my case.
