Ankle Tender After Bent Inwards Due To Fall
Fell over today and ankle bent inwards its now very tender when i move it side to side and i cant put my full weight on it and its quite stiff. I work as a cleaner for 4 hours a night but really don t feel i can! How long should i rest it as i think iv e sprained it.

These trauma are treated by topical and oral non steroidal antiinflammatory. Heat trauma is sripus and need CT brain to be done on it immediatly.
