Anal Fissure, Fleshy Lump From Anus. On Ofloxocin And Ornidazole. What Can I Do?

Hello sir i am having problem of anal fissure since last two weeks. Took the dosage ofloxocin and ornidazole. But of no use by now, my situation is getting worse and even i took lacopill syrup for loosening the stool but it didnt gave any results. And a fleshy lymp is coming out of my anus. Now please tell me what to do??????

Hi,
From your history it seems that you might have anal fissure or .fistula-in-ano.
Consult surgeon and confirm the diagnosis as treatment depends upon diagnosis.
Avoid constipation.
Take plenty of water.
Avoid fried,spicy and junk food.
Meanwhile you can apply antibiotic cream locally.
Ok and take care.
