Am Taking Slim Quick. Lost Some. Have Bloating, Cramps, Some Parts Of Abdomen Soft When Pressed. Any Side Effects?

I am a 21 year old female that is taking slim quick for a couple days now and I've already lost some but I'm wicked bloated and I'm having cramps and some of my abdomen is tender when pressed. I'm nervous that I'm hurting my insides with these pills, what can I do other than "stop taking them and see what happens" can slim quick hurt you?

Hi and thanks for the query,
I am afraid up till date there is not scientifically approved drug, especially by the Federal Drug Administration, FDA, USA, to reduce weight. Most of the pills used currently do have serious side effects and do not offer long term gains. Once off the pills, the weight comes again. I would strongly suggest you suspend the pills. the best option to lose weight is developing and adopting an appropriate diet plan and regular adapted exercise. I suggest you seek the opinion of a nutritionist. Thanks and kind regards. Bain LE, MD
