Hello.
The penile painless whitish discharge can either be related to infection such as Chylamydia or Gonorrhea or due to a condition which is known as Non specific uretheritis which is caused due to the bacterial infection from the mouth or skin bacteria which normally reside there. Consult with your physician who can do urtheral swab test and urine test reveal the exact diagnosis and prescribe the appropriate medications. Regards.
