Always Tired, Sleepy, Dizzy, Frequently Have Nausea, Weird Taste In Mouth. What Could This Be?

I am always tired, sleepy and a bit dizzy. I find it hard to do daily tasks because I am so tired. I have also recently noticed that I frequently have nausea and a weird taste in my mouth. It feels like I have too much saliva and i m going to vomit but I never do. What could this be?

Hello,
The type of symptoms you are mentioning it looks like you are anemic.
but for the confirmation you have to visit a general physician an get complete blood examination also done because with the examination it can not get confirmed.
As he will prescribe you some medication and you will be fine.
