Hi, I want to know what was your hemoglobin level?
Also, I want to tell you that if you are a female and you are menstruating, it may be due to anemia.

Hi dear
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
At adoloscent age , you need around 8 - 10 hours of sleep. It is normal and often you are blamed as a sleepy head.Give yourself good sleep for 1 or 2 hours in night.Start off your day with a physical exercise or activity.Drink lots of water throughout the day at an intervals of 45 min to 1 hour. That would make you active.Opt for a change of environment , habits , routine. Have some activity in the evening too , and mainly eat high vitamin food.Add raw vegetables like carrot in your diet.
Good luck &Take care.
