Alternative Treatment For Vitaligo In Private Part Other Than Melgain Lotion

i am having vitaligo in my private part. I was applying melgain lotion. i was not able to expose to sunlight. But pigmentaion is taking place. Now melgain lotion supply has been stopped and not available in the market. I fed up how to contine my treatment. Please help me.

Welcome to healthcare magic,
Melgain was imported by Alkem laboratories. Now they are planning to manufacture their own decapeptide and they will bring it in the market in another name. Some of the old stock might still be available in some pharmacies.

Another alternative to Melgain is Melswift lotion. You may try to get that. However as sun exposure is difficult in genital region, in my opinion melgain is not a good option for genital vitiligo. In my experience tacrolimus 0.1% oint or pimecrolimus 1 % cream twice a day works well.
