Air Bubble Between Shoulder Blades, Painful, Difficulty Breathing Deep

I have this tight air bubble in between my shoulder blades. not going to lie I cannot get it to pop. nothing relieves it. when I have a friend rub and try to gently push while exhaling....I can feel that it needs to pop and when it does its going to feel orgasmic!!! pardon my language but this has been needing to pop for quite a long time now. to stubborn to see a doc yet years later, here I am. Plus I feel no one truly understand what I feel going on in my back/shoulder area. is is a 10 on the pain scale....no, but dammit I'm annoyed! years with this air bubble feeling and it starts to wear on a person's attitude. help me doc, im ready really be able to breath deep again.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
No air bubble can come out like that, and it could be the cyst, lipoma, or a lymph gland due to some infection nearby.
Don't try to diagnise by your own, i advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to get it excised and if you are very particular about the diagnosis you can have biopsy report.
Wishing for a good health. Thank you.
