After Use Of Antibiotics Will The Pimple Turn From Red To Blue?

hi my daughter has an unexplained white pimple on her leg with a circular redness around it, she got antibiotics less than 24 hours ago and the redness part now seem to be going blue like in bruising. is this because the antibiotics are working against the infection or is it for some other reason ?

Hello, looks like your daughter had a folliculitis, now with antibiotics , the fiery red colour definitely fades and becomes darker, so, i adv you to take the full course of antibiotics, and give it some time to resolve.
