After Taking Protein Supplements, Elbow Joints Have Pain. Related?

Hello....My age is 38 and I have started Gymming about 9 months ago.I am slightly underweight and hence my instructor has advised me to take Protein supplements. I have taken ON Serious Mass, Muscle Juice and now currently taking ON 100% Whey. I have noticed that every morning I get up, my both elbow joints have slight pain.I have to stretch a bit to make them normal. I dont face any challenge in the gym lifting weights. Kindly advise if the joint pain is because of Whey protein. I need to get an mucsular body for which Protein intake is must...Please suggest.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Whey protein is not known to cause joint or muscle pain though everyone may react differently to medication or supplements.
The known possible side effects are: fatigue, nausea, thirst, bloating, cramping, headache and increased bowel movements.

If you are not experiencing any of the above effects to a significant extent then you can continue using the whey protein.

I hope this helps
