After Exercise Had Burning Sensation In Head, Vomiting Sensation. Precaution During Exercise?
Hi, i have started gym recently, i am doing exercise for 1 hour, 20 mints running and fast walking and rest 40 mints few muscle exercise. Today after running constantly 10 mints i walked fast next 10 mints and when i finished i felt like my head is burning. i didn't bother much and carry on other exercises and than during day i got head ache and feeling like vomiting. i want to know what did make my head burning. Do i should take some precaution during exercise. what do you suggest ?
thank you for reaching out for an advice . its safe to get to your GP and do a full check up before starting to work out heavily . as a gym rat myself i know the feeling you talked about , and its probably due to low sugar level at that point of working out . its very important to stay hydrated during your workout and during the day. so my suggestion is to get a basic check up from your GP for your heart lungs and to run blood tests , fasting sugar level HbA1C just to be on the safe side and to be able to enjoy pushing yourself hard in the gym without any worries .best luck .
hope you found this answer helpful. Best regards, Dr. Ahmad
