Afraid Of Sudden Cardiac Arrest, Exercise A Lot.

Hi, i exercise a lot, however after seeing what happened to , i m scared of having a sudden cardiac arrest . There s no known cases in my family, should I be worried?

Hi there...
In young patients sudden cardiac death can be because of HOCM (Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy) if you have no family history than it is highly unlikely that you are at risk,you can get echocardiography to rule out that.
