Hello,
In the current scenario, you should get the help of a specialist to exclude any local causes of the bleeding like cervical erosions, vaginitis or polyps. Traumatic intercourse soon after a menstrual period also may lead to spotting as is some hormonal imbalance. Pregnancy is a rare possibility as you are in the safe period. Infection, if any, should be treated with genital care, antibiotics and anti-spasmodics given to relieve the pain. Please do not worry, get a check up and get it treated. Wish you good health.
