Abnormal Pressure In Penis, Pricking Sensation, Normal Urine, No Urination Urge. Blood Test Normal. Reason?

I am having abnormal pressure in my penis for last so many months.it is kind of pricking sensation continuosly. Urine is normal. And with the pressure there is no urge for urination. Got my kft ultrasound and it is ok. All blood test like kft lft are within range. Age 43. My glucose level after food slighly high around 140. No diabetic history....in family.
Please advise what could be the reason for this penile pressure

My advice is take food with low potassium , avoid caffeine, alcohol.
Sit in warm bath at least twice day. Most of my patients with similar problems have responded to these.
