Abdominal Pressure, Urge To Pass Stools. Suggest Remedy

Respected sir i have problem with bowl movements in morning as soon as woke up i feel mild pressue in lower abdomen and i rush to toilet and pass the stools after on hour i pass second time through same pattern .i am feeling very anxious about it the first time it is firm and perfect second time it is loose and probably thirdtime it again loose but not watery kindly suggest some remedies

Hi There, Thanks for asking. It is probably irritable bowel syndrome. It is a common problem. It is better to drink lactose free milk and also take more fiber in your dies (like vegetable). It is appropriate to practice some relaxation method to decrease your anxiety if you have, because many people who have such change in their bowel habits need it. You can ask your doctor to see if there is no problem with beginning a medication like Immipramine, you can take advantage of very low dose of such medications to help your anxiety and also bowel habits and also the pain at the time of defecation if you have. Thanks for writing your query.

It would be helpful if you mention the details of your diet you take in 24 hours.

You should also get your stool examined.
Avoid gas forming foods like peas, legumes, cabbage, etc.
Also avoid spicy and oily foods.

You can take antacid like Omeprazole 20 mg once a day along with digestive enzymes preparation containing fungal diastase and pepsin.
Antiamoebic or antibiotic can be taken according to the reports of the stool examination.

If the problem persists, get yourself examined by a gastroenterologist.
