Hello Eri,
Welcome here on hcm.
Expiry date does not mean that a product was good for heath on the date and just become poison after the date.
No sudden change is possible.
Every organic product has a degeneration rate, and this degeneration, starts on the time of birth, of the product.
So it gets degeneration from the date one.
So on the next day after the expiry these degenerated toxic material cannot be that much which will be harmful to you or your baby.
The product after expiry period relation ration with its validity period will show you the gravity of the concern you take.
If expired time is 10 days and valid time is 365*5 days than the percentage of concern is 0.55%.
Second consideration of expiry is taken by the potency of the product.
Usually at the manufacturing date the efficacy of the product is 110% and on the expiry date the efficacy would be 95%.
So when a product loose potency 15% in 365*5 days than it will lose extra 10*15/365/5% extra potency.
So if a product has X harmful degenerated product in on expiry date that after 10 days it will have X*10/365/5 extra harmful product.
So you can decide what you have eaten and it effect on your body as well of your baby.
Thanks
Hi,
healthy balanced diet should include cereals, pulses ,proteins, fruits ,milk ,vegetables.eating stale food may cause g i disturbances .If so consult your doctor and take treatment if required. It will not affect your baby .
First c s not necessarily means 2nd c s also.If the parameters deciding the course of labour be favorable normal delivery may take place. treating doctor will be best to decide the mode of delivery in consultation with you
Hoping for the best.
