76 Years. Sore, Watery, Stinging, Itchy Eyes. Some Relief With Tobrex Eye Drops. Healthy Lifestyle. Help

I am 76yo, 175cm tall, 82kg, my body is in good condition, go to the jim for an hour each morning. i am a male.
I have trouble with my Ears, Eyes, Nose & Throat.
My eyes are very sore, they Water, Sting, & are very Itchy all the time, i place a hot cloth on them when i can witch give some short term releaf. I use TOBREX 0.3% eye drops three times a day & have been doing for 3 weeks, they give some releaf. What can i do to fix this problem. Thank you Ken Wright. Gold Coast.

Hello

I appears that you are suffering from allergic conjunctivitis in both the eyes. You need to use some weak steroid eye drops thrice a day for 1 week along with some lubricating eye drops. In case you feel improvement, you can taper off the steroid eye drops weekly.

You should take care of the hygiene of your eyes.
