7 Weeks Pregnant, Abdominal Pain, Vomiting, Throwing Up Bile. Is This Normal During Pregnancy?

Hi! I'm 7 weeks pregnant and have been having really bad abdominal pain and vomiting mostly late at night (between 7 pm and 2 am). 2 days ago I threw up some green bile and now i'm spotting. I am a little concerned as I do not have insurance and have been to several OBGYNs and was told they can't see because I don't have insurance ( even though I offered to pay cash). Is this normal during pregnancy ( throwing up green bile every evening accompanied by abdominal pain and spotting?). Please help!

Hi Dear,
Mild abdominal pain and vomiting is normal during pregnancy. however, any amount of bleeding, even in form of spotting, is dangerous and require urgent attention. The spotting is a warning sign, you should see a doctor, get a scan done and check the viability of pregnancy and act accordingly. All the best
