6.5 Month Baby, Suffering Form Severe Reflux, Vomiting, Dark Green Patch On Tongue

Hi

My 6.5 month suffers from severe reflux and is on losec. He has had a number of choking episodes resulting in hospital stays due to aspiration.

Last night he had another episode after administering his losec resulting in the After hour doctor been called in who gave us an all clear.

Today every time he eats he throws up and I have also noticed a dark green patch on his tongue.

Please help

Hi,



May be it is not reflux alone that is the problem.


Has he had some investigations?


Some times there kid a condition called h type the fistula whichshoulkd be ruled out.


Hope you have tried postural management- keeping him erect after feeds , tjicknening of feeds etc along with losec.
