4 Year Old Kid, Not Having Bowel Movement For 4 Days, Hard Stool, Painful During Urination, Stomach Pain. Any Ideas?

My four year old has not passed a stool for four days . She is in a lot of pain and the stool is very hard. She's had a whole bottle of syrup of figs in a day and it hasn't helped. Sitting in the bath she pushed out a small piece. She has not passed urine all day and was complaining that hurt too. She is crying that her tummy and back hurts and when trying to use the toilet she has a terrible shaking fit

Hi,
It seems that she is having absolute constipation.
Insert pediatric laxative suppository.
This will help passing hard stool smoothly.
After that give her mild laxative for few days to regularize her motion.
Give her plenty of water and fruit juices.

Ok and take care.
