Welcome to HCM ,
Most cases of Cervical Stenosis are successfully treated with Ayurveda and Siddha system.
Depending on the extent of nerve involvement , some patients may need to temporarily restrict their activities and wear a cervical collar or neck brace for a time.
Your body is getting older everyday. So , physical exercise will also be helpful to strengthen and
stabilize the neck as well as build endurance and increase flexibility.
I humbly suggest, Take KHEERA BALA Capsules and MAHA YOGARAJ GUGGUL Tablets three times a day with warm water.
Apply MAHA NARAYANA OIL ,morning and evening and apply hot water Formentation each time.
