32 Year Old With Severe Adult Acne. Diagnosed With PCOS. On Isotretinoin. Further Medication?

I am 32 year old female suffering from severe Adult acne. I was on isotretinoin for past 5 mnths but still I have cystic breakouts on my cheeks and neck. My hormones are normal and I have regular periods. However I have been diagonised with PCOS on my right ovary. My dermatologist says there is no further medication that she can prescribe apart from BCP

You are taking the best treatment available.

Continue with these.

If you dont find any relief, you can go for peels.

They sometimes help in resistant cases.
