31 Weeks Pregnant, Lower Abdominal Cramp, Difficulty In Movement. Normal Test Results. Cause Of Pain?

Good day. I'm on my 31 week, and having a lower abdominal cramp for about 4 days consistently. I went to ER twice and they did fetal monitor and my contraction. They also checked my urine and told me that everything is fine. But the pain doesn't stop and I'm having hard time while walking, moving. Please I need your help. I don't know what is wrong and I'm really worried.

hi,
* The lower abdominal cramp in 31 wks of pregnancy can be considered nopmalto some extent-it is due to moving the fetus down in pelvic cavity. This can be aggravated due to stasis of urine( in bladder-cystitis ) or fecal matter(in large intestine- constipation)This can be managed by
eating fibrous food like vegetables, fruits nin plenty, drinking 10-12 glasses of water daily
- having 45 mts walk daily.
- evacuating bladder frequently(not to avoid &retain for long time.)
-Medication with consultation of Dr. if needed.
*The problem in walking, moving indicate Vit. D defficiency-making the pubic joint weak- Vit. D suppliments by Dr's advice is the solution.
* If it is associated with white discharge- possibility of pelvic inflammation-you have to consult a Gynac ,shewill prescribe antibiotics, antiinflammatory drugs according to need.
Please don't worry,take care.
Thank you.

Hi,
Now at this stage of pregnancy your all examination is ok, then nothing to worry.
This might be due to constipation or some gas problem.
Avoid exertion or doing over work.
Avoid constipation.
Continue with your normal work.
Remain in follow up with your Obst.
ok and take care.
