3 Year Old Suffering From Vomiting, Fever And Pale Stool. Should I Be Concerned?

Hi, my almost 3yr old has had vomiting and temperatures on and off for 3 weeks, maybe twice a week. Today his stools have changed to a pale colour and he looks unwell and is becoming more and more lathargic. Should I be concerned? He has always looked tired and has lost weight.
