Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for your query
I can feel your concern
Does she has sorethroat?
Has she taken anything. rotten or from market?
Does she has. Diarrhea?

I advise you to give her calpol and ibuprufen alternatively for fever
You can give these medicines 6hourly
Tapid water sponging also helpful
Give her antiemetic half hour before food
Give ORs and soft diet
Give antibiotic after doctor advice
Wishing her good health
Regards

Pediatrician Dr. Y V Siva Sankara Murty's  Response
Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.
Monitor for signs of dehydration.
They include
1. Decreased skin turgor
2. Increasing thirst.
3. Sunken eyes.
4. Irritability.
5. Drowsiness.
6. Decreasing passage of urine.

Antiemetics as prescribed by your doctor will be useful.
Oral rehydration solution or any other solution containing salt and sugar should be given.

Continue to ask further queries as required.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
