do you supposed to tell do not provide orgasm?
normally in some cases it is seen after delivery there abdomen will increase and affection and care will more towards child ,
sometimes the vaginal walls become loose and not contracting during sex
this may leads to lack of orgasm
you do the sex slowly and enjoy it

The question you asked is not clear :-
Is it that you cannot get diagnosis of sex of your child or it is a sexual problem faced by you please clarify.
If the sex of your child is difficult as congenital abnormality can occur then you can get it known by getting done Karyotyping and genetic study for that please consult your Gynaecologist.
