2 Year Old Having Pain In Lower Stomach And Back. Have Loose Stools. Should I Be Concerned?

My 2 year old couldn t fall asleep and when I went in to see if he needed anything he said his stomach and back hurt. I had him show me where and he pointed to his lower abdomen and lower back pretty actually the same spot on the front and back. Should I be overly concerned? He fell asleep fine and isn t acting sick or in pain at all before bed. He did have loose stool today but I attributed it to the sitter allowing him to have too much fruit and veggie uice.
