How Can Amenorrhea, Slight Lower Abdominal Cramps And Nausea Be Treated?
2 weeks past my last period. Mirena fell out a month ago. This was the 2nd normal on time period in 7 years. I have been having slight lower abdominal cramping and nausea for about 4 days. I now feel pressure near my uterus, and mild back hip pain. I do not think I am pregnant but it is too soon to take a test. Also fee extremely moody and bloated, gassy..
Your Mirena fell 2 weeks ago thereafter you have been feeling pressure near your uterus, mild back pain, slight lower abdominal cramps. If you were sexually active and having unprotected sex and were not on any contraceptive device nor took emergency contraceptive pills then you can be pregnant. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynecologist or get pregnancy test done with the first morning mid stream urine.
If you are pregnant you will be asked to do a USG (uterus and fallopian) tube done to detect the gestational age of the fetus, well being and also to detect if there is tubal pregnancy. You will be accordingly treated and managed if you are pregnant and if you are not pregnant. Take home made nutritious food. Avoid doing any heavy work. Stay away from addictions if any.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
