16 Year Old Having Pain Below The Buttock After Playing Ice Hockey. How To Make It Go Away?

My 16 year old son is an ice hockey goaltender. He has been experiencing a pain right below his right buttock. he had an X-ray , nothing showed. He has had physical therapy for 4 days a week for 6 week and has not played hockey for 6 weeks. He wasn t feeling pain. Today he played his first game and the pain came back. Any ideas?

It is advised to continue the physiotherapy every alternative day.and be away from active games for another couple of months. It is advised to get one MRI scan of LS spine.
