Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

It is not looking like. your complaints are sggestive of reflux of acid into the esophagus.

Take regular meal.
try and avoid late night, stress, etc
avoid spicy food. Do not lie down after a meal immediately. Go for regular walk. Do not skip break fast.

A through examination and investigation by your doctor will rule out any other problem that presents with similar complaints.

He may prescribe antacids etc to reduce the acid secretion.

Hope this helps
Take care
