10 Weeks Pregnant, Positive Results For Anti-rubella, Toxoplasma, Herpes. Advised To Abort Baby. Any Other Option?

hii..plz suggest me my wife examine with test at 10 weeks of pregnancy... result examine for ANTI- RUBELLA IgM 1.49(HIGH) , ANTI-TOXO PLASMA GONDII IgM 1.38(HIGH) & ANTI- HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS 1 IgM 0.57 NORMAL. we recheck all test again reports come today if these also come possitive. OUR DOCTOR SUGGEST TO ABORT A BABY...Plz help me out i tht. is there a other way

If the titres of the above mentioned antibodies are on a rise,would be better to go for abortion because,igM titres are positive which means there is acute infection going on and there is a risk of transmission to baby.
So see what the results of repeat tests are and accordingly seek your doctors advice.
