10 Month Old Baby Having Diarrhea, Acidity And Loss Of Appetite. Should I Meet Her Pediatrician?

My 10 month old daughter has had diarrhea for the past 3 days, refusing to drink her formula, and not eating much of her table or baby food. She is very gassy and cranky. Today, she had a frothy texture to her diarrhea. Should I schedule an appointment with her pediatrician?

defnitely you need pediatrician appointment .
yourbaby symptoms go with infective gastroenteritis.
with moderate level of dehydration.
your paediatrician would look for the signs of dehydration and accordingly prescribe fluids either ORS or intravenous fluids and a good antiboitic
