dear dr, i was unable to complete typing my wuestion due to some technical error . i recently kissed a male of unkown hiv status . no other exposire or sexual activity except kissing .
what is the risk of hiv from kissing ? what if he had bleeeding gums and i didnt realise ?
i am worried becusse 20 days after exposire i had stoamch pain , indigestion and 98.8 to 99 low temp in evenings .
i have never indulged jn vaginal or anal sex . oral sex also i havent had in last 2 years .

I read that even if there is blood , the saliva neutralises the virus .

I had loss of appetite very low fever of 99 for 2 days in the evenings . ( this was 3 weeks after for kissing incident ).
