Brief Answer:
A few tests need to be done
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for using the Askma Doctor service.
I have gone carefully through your query and understand you concern. Going by the description it seems that hypertension or raised blood pressure could be involved and therefore the blood pressure needs to be checked. The kidney function and the heart function needs to be checked as well. A blood for urea and creatinine creatinine and an echocardiogram needs to be done for the same. It is only after these tests that I would be able to comment on the probable pathology.
Please get the tests done and upload the reports thereafter. I will guide you accordingly.
The hysterectomy is possibly unrelated.
Regards
