I read your query and here is my advice.
I just wanted to know some more details about it.
Does it cause fever?
Do you have pain during urination?
Is it relates to defecation?

Some possible causes may be UTI, kidney stones, uterus and ovaries problem, irritable bowel syndrome etc.
An ultrasound can be done to give us more information.

Brief Answer:
Bowel inflammation is possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
Since it is in the left side of pelvis most probably it comes from rectum and sigma and constipation may be e factor.
An inflammation of the bowel may be possible.
Make a diary of food you are having recently and spot which is making it worse.
Too much fruit, vegetables and fibre is not recommended. Also don't take alcohol and spicy food.
