Question: i had my cycle twice in december then i experienced spotting for about 3 days about two weeks after my period left. i havent received my period for this month yet should i be concermed?

I read your query and here is my advice.

I think you can get concerned .
You may need to do a pregnancy test if you are having a 5 or more days delay.
You may need to consult a gynaecologist for these period irregularities to do an ultrasound and pap smear
You probably may start to use oral contraceptives to make peiods normal.

I gota pap about three months ago everything came back normal. This was the first time this happened

It is a good thing that pap smear come out normal. This excludes the column uteri issues.
You may need to do an ultrasound to check for other issues of uterus such fybromyomas or thickening of endometrial lining.
You should visit a gynaecologist for a transvaginal ultrasound.
