Question: i am facing insomnia from last 6-7 years, my sleep is very disturbing very light sleep, i hardly sleep from 3-4 hours.When i sleep i get lot of irrelevant dreams. I face gastric problem very frequently whenever i press any part of my body specially neck, head etc it release gas as burp. i feel pain in my neck, back and head all time. Having issue with stomach it doesn't clear totally

Poor quality of sleep generally happens because of stress. Other symptoms seem to be resulting from poor quality of sleep. Please do yoga and meditation on daily basis, drink plenty of water, avoid oily, spicy food. Please avoid using XXXXXXX phone at bedtime. Please avoid caffeinated drink after 6 pm. Please start some safe and effective tranquilizers after consultation with a doctor.

Sir, I have tried melatonin 5mg once but it made my sleep more worsen. My mind got super active and i couldn't even sleep for 1 hr.
