Exercises and multivitamins may be useful.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think first of all you may need to do a total blood count with formula and thyroid hormone levels.
Iron deficiency anemia and hypothyroidism can lead to lack of energy, fatigue, tiredness etc.
Also a sedentary lifestyle, lack of exercises and a bad posture during working hours can lead to should, back pain and lack of energy.
I can recommend you to increase physical activity and exercises. Keep a healthy diet with mire fruits and vegetables and less carbohydrates.
Take iron and multivitamins supplements.
If you test results show iron deficiency anemia you may need to take iron treatment. If your tests should Hypothyroidism you may need to treat it using levothyroxine.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
