Brief Answer:
Yes, the high level of prolactin and thyroid level is the usual culprit.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your query, the reports and understood your concern.

High prolactin and thyroid hormones levels can be caused by a condition related to the pituitary gland that is called pituitary adenoma.
In your case, it is possible that the adenoma produces prolactin and TSH.

The diagnosis is confirmed with a CT or MRI of the head, apart from the pituitary hormone level measurements.

About your question, I can say that both, high prolactin and thyroid hormone levels can mess up your sex drive.

Generally, this condition causes low libido but even the opposite is possible in some cases.

The solution depends on the root cause.
I want to know if you have done a CT or MRI of the head recently?

Waiting for your response.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
First advice: Eat healthily and do more physical activities.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
I have reviewed your attached report.

In general, the normal range in males is about 270-1070 ng/dL with an average level of 679 ng/dL.

A normal male testosterone level peaks at about age 20, and then it slowly declines.

You have a borderline high TSH level with normal free thyroid hormones. This means that you have borderline subclinical Hypothyroidism but for the moment the thyroid function is normal.
An anto TPO test is recommended to clarifie the thyroid gland situation.

-About your sexual hormone test results, it is evident that you have a low testosterone level and high prolactin level.
High TSH and Prolactine level can cause low testosteron and low T cause decresed libido and fatigue.

If you think that your actual symptoms interfere with your daily routine, apart from a healthy diet and lifestyle, I will suggest starting testosterone supplements.
These will be helpful to feel better.

Hope I have answered your questions.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
No relationship.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
You have borderline high TSH level with normal thyroid hormone levels.
This means that you actually are in euthyroid condition.
You are at risc to develop hypothyroidism but for the moment your thyroid situation is normal.

So,it is definitively No relationship between your rhinosinusitis and your subclinical hypothyroidism.

Hope i have answered to your question.
Wish you all the best.
