hi i cracked my knuckles in my left hand and most at nights the whole hand is pain due from cracking my knuckles every time i have the urge to and i feel warm on my whole hand the left hand i feel like chopping my hand off it hurts too much ): any advice I try to stop cracking my knuckles but cant help it any suggestions its such a bad habit i tried at night but cant stand it i keep on doing it.

At a friends house it was a religious event so the congregation was having dinner do we all washed hands and everyone was using the same towel but I believed I used a paper towel towel .
