Question: hi i have been using meth for the past 25 years every day snoring twice a day i know the pain withdraw of iT lot pain and depression .my only concern is i,m having this smell cominG from my nose like rotten eggs i have my nose ct scan no perforation i,m trying my best to do less after all this year i,m 55 years old doing for it so long what can i do to have less of that smell inside my nose.

I think the bad smell from your nose comes as a result of dry and damaged nasal mucosal lining.
I think you can help healing and improve symptoms by:
Reduce the amount of smoking or stop it if you can.
Irrigate nose with saline water in order to keep it clean and free from irritants.
Use steamy sink often and make steam and keep face near there in order to keep mucosal lining hydrated.
Take multivitamins especially vitamin C.
