Question: found this bruise on my thigh and knee sore to touch also has unexplained bruising on my arm a few weeks ago too what is it

For spontaneous or unexplained bruising I suggest you to do a blood coagulation profile and complete blood count including platelet count to see if there is any underlying abnormality leading to bruising.

To see if there is any abnormality in platelet number or function which would manifest as prolonged Bleeding Time (BT) or if there is any deficiency in clotting mechanism due to defects in clotting factors which would manifest as prolonged Clotting Time(CT), prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTTK)
