Brief Answer:
Elevated glucose, creatinine and urea nitrogen, low gfr.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the photo of the test results you uploaded.
Most of the values are within normal range except glucose, creatinine, urea nitrogen and EGFR.
The increased glucose levels may show impaired glucose tolerance or diabetes.
Increased urea nitrogen and creatinine together with low GFR show impaired kidney function and may indicate chronic kidney disease.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Get tested for diabetes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I think you should get tested for diabetes doing post prandial glucose levels and HbA1c.
Also you may need to do an ultrasound to check kidneys. Possibly you need to visit a nephrologyst.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
