Brief Answer:
These drugs can help in methadone withdrawals

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.

I can understand your concerns.
Opiate withdrawal can be very painful and distressing.

Buscopan (hyoscine butylbromide) has an antispasmodic action that relaxes the spasms in the stomach to ease pain and discomfort. It can also help in diarrhea, sweating, runny nose which are common symptoms of opiate withdrawal.

Loperamide is an opioid antimotility agent which can help in diarrhea due to opiate withdrawal.

Management of opiate withdrawal is purely symptomatic.

These drugs will help if you have the above symptoms.

Anxiety, agitation and suicidality will need anti-anxiety drugs like klonopin or paxil (prescription drugs).
A psychiatrist will help you to manage withdrawals more effectively.

Hope this helps.

Feel free to ask further queries as follow-up.
