Brief Answer:
use sunscreen and cortisone

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the photographs.
Your skin appears to be very sensitive to sunlight and hence you have developed redness of face.
The pigmentation in between breasts and other folds is due to allergic reaction.
Use a sunscreen with spf 50 for your face.
Apply sunscreen three times a day.
For folds you can use a mild steroid cream like cortisone twice daily for a week.
You can also take Tab Vitamin C 500 mg daily one tablet for two months.
This should help you.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thanks.
