Question: I have an itching rash all over my face and neck area and my eyelids are swollen and I feel my face is also. why?

Perhaps it is an allergic reaction or Hives. I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g. Tab Cetirizine once a day for a few days. Topically you may use a soothing lotion e.g. Calamine lotion.
